What is SeekIndie?
SeekIndie is your contest headquarters for the best indie contests & prizes.
What is "Indie"?
Indie is short for independent. These businesses are not owned by large corporations and generally are owned & operated by one or group of individuals.
What is the contest?
For each edition of SeekIndie, a banner will be hidden somewhere on their site of each participating business. As you find each one, record the number next to the heart and the name of the business.

Where are the banners hidden?
The banners will be located on pages easy to access from the home page.
How many do I have to find?
You must find 5 of the hidden banners at the sites of your choice.
Once I've found 5 of the banners, how do I enter?
Please note the numbers on the banners you've found for each site, then submit your entry.
What can I win?
Your entry gives you a chance to win one of the prizes donated by each of the participating businesses!
How long is the contest, and when is the winner announced?
The contest starts on April 17, 2006 and will end on May 1, 2006 at 12 pm EST. One winner for each prize will be selected and notified via the email address provided by May 5, 2006. Winners will have till May 10, 2006 12 pm EST, to reply to the email and provide the necessary information (Full name and mailing address).
Who is eligible to enter the contest?
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and this contest is only open to residents in the US and Canada.
What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your entry or keeping you updated with new contest information. We will not sell, swap or otherwise give out your information to anyone else unless required by law.
Can my business be a part of your next event?
We'd love to have you take part! Please submit your business information and we'll contact you when the next event has been planned.

You must find a total of 5 hidden banners. You may find them at any of the participating businesses. |

You must submit the correct number of each hidden banner for the 5 sites of your choice. |

One entry per person. |

Incorrect entries do not qualify. |

There may only be one prize winner per household. |
| 7. |
Winners must be over 18 years of age and reside in the US or Canada. |

Once notified, prize must be claimed within 3 days. After 3 days prizes will be awarded to another winner. |

Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash. |

The contest is NOT open to employees and their immediate families of the participating businesses. |

The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and void where prohibited. |

Contest will close at 12 pm EST May 1, 2006. |

Winners will be selected & notified via the email address provided on May 5, 2006. |

Winners must reply to the winner notification by 12 pm EST, May 10, 2006. |

Prizes will be mailed by May 15, 2006. |
